About the modules

We offer accreditation training for a set of up to four modules. Each module constitutes 6 hours of training. At the end of the training, you will be accredited to deliver 2-to-3-hour high-impact workshops on each topic, virtually or in-person, tailored to your organisation’s needs.

We strongly recommend that practitioners start with Creating a Growth Mindset and Learning Culture which introduces growth mindset concepts, principles and behaviours

The other three modules:

  • Marginal Gains Method
  • Pre-Mortem Method
  • Assumption Reversal Technique

are focused on specific techniques that practitioners can apply with teams to tackle specific business challenges.​

Accreditation training structure

Each module has three sections designed to provide you with the knowledge and confidence to deliver the workshop at the highest level.

Register Interest

1. Experience

Experience the workshop session as a participant, led by a facilitator from MSC, to understand the content and outcomes of the session.

2. Train the Trainer

Learn how to set up and run the session. Access packs of materials including guides, presentations and output templates.

3. Practice, Feedback, and Accreditation

Prepare for and deliver a shortened version of the session in small groups. Then run the workshop observed by an MSC facilitator.

Accreditation FAQs

I'm an HR professional within an organisation. How much does workshop accreditation cost?

In-House Accreditation starts at £2,000 per person per module + VAT. However, it is often part of a wider solution so we encourage you to contact us to discuss your organisation’s requirements.

I’m a consultant. How can I become accredited?

We offer consultants accreditation in our unique growth mindset psychometric, Mindset Advantage, with the option of adding the Creating a Growth Mindset and Learning Culture workshop accreditation to give you a comprehensive solution to offer your clients.

We ask that you first complete Mindset Advantage Accreditation, to become eligible for the Creating a Growth Mindset and Learning Culture workshop accreditation.

The price to become an Accredited Practitioner in the diagnostic and workshop content – Mindset Advantage and Creating a Growth Mindset and Learning Culture – is £4,000 + VAT.

Do you offer both virtual and face to face delivery?

Our standard accreditation delivery is virtual, allowing more flexibility for participants to join from multiple locations and keeping the sessions shorter to support learning over time.

We do offer face-to-face delivery for company-specific groups and a minimum group size of 4 participants; this is charged at an additional cost. Please get in touch to discuss your organisation’s requirements.
