How does accreditation work?

Accreditation is delivered virtually through three 2-hour sessions, plus a practice session.

The accreditation is designed to give practitioners deep expertise in Mindset Advantage. This enables practitioners to interpret and utilise the different Mindset Advantage reports to bring valuable insights to individuals, teams and organisation to support their growth and performance.

Accreditation training is delivered virtually over three 120-minute sessions between 09:30-17:00 UK time. After completing the training, there is a final practice exercise you will schedule with your trainer.

Should I get accredited in Mindset Advantage?

Consider Mindset Advantage Accreditation when:

  • You want to scale the adoption of a growth mindset psychometric across your organisation.

  • You want to advance your own career development by adding a pioneering psychometric assessment to your toolkit.
  • Your leadership team has experienced Mindset Advantage, and you want to extend it company-wide.

Places on the accreditation training are limited and all applications will be considered to ensure the best fit. Unfortunately, this means that some applications may not be accepted. If you are interested in future trainings and workshops on growth mindset or other topics, we encourage you to register using the form below and let us know in the Additional Comments box.

What happens if I am not available for any of the accreditation blocks?

We frequently add new training dates so we encourage you to still register your interest using our form, selecting ‘Not available for any of the accreditation blocks above’.

We will be sure to review your application and notify you as soon as possible when we release new training dates.

What happens after I submit my registration application?
  1. After submitting your registration application, you will shortly receive placeholder invitations for your calendar to block out the accreditation training.
  2. Your registration will be reviewed manually; we ensure each applicant is the right fit for this accreditation.
  3. You will receive confirmation via email that you have been allocated a place as well as payment instructions.
  4. Upon payment, your placeholder calendar invitation will be updated with the training joining details.

 

What happens after I become accredited?

You will receive numerous supporting materials to ensure your successful ongoing use of Mindset Advantage.

Accreditation is valid for 12 months, after which you will be required to complete an online refresher knowledge questionnaire annually to maintain your accreditation.

Do you offer both virtual and face to face delivery?

Our standard accreditation delivery is virtual, allowing more flexibility for participants to join from multiple locations and keeping the sessions shorter to support learning over time.

We do offer face-to-face delivery for company-specific groups and a minimum group size of 4 participants; this is charged at an additional cost. Please get in touch so we can discuss your organisation’s requirements with you.
