After working in marketing across a number of sectors, I joined the MSC team and immediately found it to be both a supportive and exciting place to work. What struck me the most was that the team really practices what we preach. We encourage experimentation, we acknowledge set backs, and we value each individual's perspective. I have no doubt that this environment is making me a better marketer and I'm truly motivated by the quality of our products, services and research.
After reading Bounce and Black Box Thinking and hearing Matthew speak about the power of marginal gains, I was fortunate enough to attend a keynote and whole-day workshop. I was so completely inspired that within a week, I had reached out to see how I could get involved - and to my delight, began working with Matthew the very next day. Seven years on and I’m still learning and growing, collaborating with both small public organisations and global corporations. It continues to be inspiring, and I feel very lucky to be part of such a great team and such an important organisation and I’m so proud of the work we do.
I had been working with MSC on an adhoc basis for a number of years as a Solutions Architect. When it became time to change up my career I realised that what I was doing for MSC was what I wanted to do full-time. What I love about MSC is that I get to work in a number of areas of the business bringing in skills and knowledge from my data analytics and programming background.
