New Mindset Advantage Introduction Page

We have been working hard on creating a way to personally introduce results before diving deeply into the profile page. We have now created a personal introduction page that will be included in all English language reports from the launch date. The purpose of this page is to make the results feel more personal and to provide a 1-page summary of overall results before going into more detail across the rest of the report.

The new page highlights the individual’s overall strengths and development areas, and then looks at the pattern of results within each lens – i.e. Resilience Mindset, Learning Mindset, and then Innovation Mindset. Within each lens, there is a short description of what has come out as a relative strength for the individual and what has come out as a relative development area. The text in each of these sections is dynamic, adapting based on how the individual has scored on each dimension (i.e. percentile scores) and how they have responded to individual questions.
