MATTHEW SYED CONSULTING CAREERS: TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CANDIDATES
1. The following terms and conditions apply to your use of the Matthew Syed Consulting/Matthew Syed Media Careers Pages (the "Careers Pages") provided by Matthew Syed Consulting/Matthew Syed Media ("MSC" or "MSM" or "we" or "us"):

2. We may change or add additional terms to either the terms of use or the privacy policy specific to the Careers Pages: (i) if we alter the existing services we provide; (ii) if we add new services to the Careers Pages or (iii) if we need to for security, regulatory or legal reasons. Where the changes are significant, we may also choose to email our registered users with the new details. Any changes to the terms of use or the privacy policy will not affect your right to remove your CV and/or details held by us.
3. By using the Careers Pages you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
4. These terms and conditions govern your agreement with us for the job application process.

5. By sharing your information and CV with us you consent to our sharing your CV, together with any additional information you provide to us, with the hiring manager of the role. This means that you give us:
a. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence of any rights, including intellectual property rights, in your CV and any additional information you provide to us in your application, to share or otherwise use such CV and additional information as we reasonably require to fulfil the job application process.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
6. We will retain a copy of your CV and any additional information you provide to us until you tell us otherwise in accordance with point 8 below.

DELETION OF YOUR CV / PERSONAL DETAILS WITH US
7. Where you choose to delete your details and/or CV we will not retain a copy of it on our database.
