This product update focuses on the Mindset Advantage report suite and the norm group.

The updates described below are in effect from Monday, 11 August 2025 for all Mindset Advantage users.

Mindset Advantage in German

We have worked with a localisation agency and one of our partners to translate Mindset Advantage and associated reports (Personal, Recruitment, Organisational Culture, Team Debrief and Executive Summary) into German.

The Mindset Advantage journey, from the questionnaire to the reports, can now be completed in German.

If you have a need for other languages then we are open to discuss the possible business case with you.

Team Debrief Report and Norm Group Code

Team Debrief Report Percentile Scores

The Team Debrief report has been updated so that it now presents the team scores as percentiles.

This update brings this report into line with the rest of the Mindset Advantage report suite.

Across the Mindset Advantage reports, we have also added a code to show which norm group has been used for the report. For example, “S24G” indicates that the General norm was used with the norm being calculated in Summer 2024. Whereas “S24D” indicates that the Director norm has been used.

Managerial Norm Group Added

Using the same anonymised data that we have collected from Mindset Advantage for our existing norms, we have now calculated a specific norm group for Managers. This norm group is now available alongside our current General and Director+ norm groups.

The data used for this updated norm group was collected between January 2019 and December 2023.

We will be updating the datasets behind our norm groups every few years to utilise the latest data and trends in the responses to growth mindset that we are seeing.
